Gloria is an 18-year-old final-year student who once wondered if she would ever finish school. Her family worked hard but struggled to cover exam fees, uniforms and extra materials. Each term brought new questions—would there be enough this time?
When Ryvanz-Mia Charity Corp. stepped in to support Gloria, everything changed. Her school needs were covered, and she no longer had to choose between helping at home and preparing for exams. For the first time, she could breathe and focus on her dream of completing school.
“Now I can study without fear. I want to pass my exams and become someone who also helps other girls stay in school.”
Gloria’s story is still being written, but one thing is clear—her first year of true hope began when someone like you decided she was worth investing in.
In Uganda, Sofiat faced the unimaginable challenge of raising her children with very little income and constant pressure to provide food, shelter and stability. There were days when she skipped meals so her children could eat, and school seemed like a luxury they could not afford.
Through the support of Ryvanz-Mia Charity Corp. and partners in Uganda, Sofiat and her children received food assistance, basic items and help with the children’s education. The weight of doing it all alone began to lift.
“I used to cry at night worrying about tomorrow. Now I see my children smiling and going to school. I am not alone anymore.”
Today, her children are healthier and more hopeful, and Sofiat is being connected to long-term empowerment opportunities so she can provide for her family with dignity.

Helen, Gloria and Sofiat are just three of the many lives touched through Ryvanz-Mia Charity Corp. Your generosity today can feed a child, keep a student in school, or help a mother provide for her family with dignity.
