In some cases, yes. Any travel-based volunteering is carefully planned with our local partners to ensure it is truly helpful, culturally respectful, and safe. If you’re interested, we’ll walk with you through expectations, costs, and preparation.

Sponsoring a child means committing to a regular gift that helps support a vulnerable child’s education, meals, and basic care. Your sponsorship is part of a broader effort that includes the child’s family, school, and community.

In many cases, you may be able to send simple, encouraging messages or letters. Because of distance, logistics, and privacy considerations, communication may be occasional, but it can be very meaningful. We’ll share what is possible in each context.
